Onsite – Offshore Model

Under this model, one (or more) of the onshore team members is deployed at the client site and works as a liaison between the client and the offshore team. A typical onsite offshore team ratio varies anywhere from 10-90 to 30-70, depending on the specific set of the services involved and scale of the project. The appropriate team ratio for a project is arrived by jointly taking into account the cost, services, project needs and effort.
